First Night Raleigh Promises to Be a Big Party

Celebrate the coming new year at this event.

When looking for New Year’s Eve events in Raleigh, you may be overwhelmed at the number of celebrations taking place. If you are having trouble deciding where to socialize and count down to 2013, attend the First Night Raleigh event. All day passes for this event cost $9, and you can even volunteer to make the event a memorable one for guests.

So, what will be happening at First Night Raleigh? Well, numerous performances and activities will be taking place such as:

  • Performances from Delta Rae
  • Performances from the Jonathon Scales Fourchestra
  • The People’s Procession
  • The Jumbo Drop
  • The Fantastical First Night Ferris Wheel and much more.

If you enjoy ballroom dancing, get your dancing shoes on between 7:30 pm and 11:00 pm, or have some giggles when you watch the Comedy Worx. Many more performances and activities will be taking place, so don’t miss out. Bringing children to the First Night Raleigh event with you? If so, they are in for a treat because the Children’s Celebration will commence at 2:00 pm and end at 6:00 pm.
